How Do We Insert Merchant Banners Into Wordpress Posts?

You can insert a merchant banner into your WordPress post by following the steps below:

1. Start by logging into the WordPress Dashboard.
2. Then click on Posts > All Posts.

3. Hover your mouse pointer over the post into which you want to add the merchant banner and then click Edit.

4. Click the spot at which you want to insert the merchant banner. (In the image below, we are inserting the banner before the word You at the beginning of the second paragraph.) Then click the Add Media button.

5. On the window that comes up, click on the Insert From URL link on the left-hand sidebar. Enter the Image URL of the merchant banner and put in an Alternate Text. If you wish to do so, you can add an Image Caption. Then choose the Alignment of the banner image. In the Link To field, put in your affiliate link or affiliate redirect by clicking the Custom URL button. Then click the Insert into Post button on the bottom right of the window.

NOTE: If you have html code for the merchant banner, the image url would be the url after where it says <img src=" and your affiliate link would the url after where it says <a href=".

6. Update your post.
