Should you spin product review pages and/or just the keyword article pages?

You can do both Kurt. Just make sure they are readable and make sense.

Yep, you sure can. You can go onto elance and see some jobs posted to get an idea also.. But just post the job and what you want etc.. and they will know. The people who article spin for you.. know what they are doing. Make sure they have some good feedback and agree to a completion time.

I usually have separate articles that I spin for the purpose of link building. I dont spin my articles on my website.

I suggest spinning ONLY the articles for link building. At least in that way, the only ones that will get Google Hammer'ed are the expendable ones, rather than the pages of your site.
