Google declared guest posts as no follows but if you do it properly, you have to get a good amount of traffic there.

Yes, I tried it and I can say that Kallisto.io is really a great place for finding new links, as they are pretty much reliable and have great quality. But, for getting better results, I would suggest that you try generating backlinks from other sources as well, and maybe also by using some organic methods, like guest posting, skyscraper technique, fixing broken links, and so on. Bought links can attract faster clicks and increase some conversions, but in the long run, you should consider these tactics as well.
