 DA is domain authority to measure the domain age and popularity. Domain authority offers a lot of flexibility in terms of how, where, and when you create content and links. PA is a page authority that helps to predict how well a page will rank on SERP. Page Authority scores range from one to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank. Page Authority measures the predictive ranking strength of a single page, Domain Authority measures the strength of entire domains or subdomains.

 DA is Domain authority and PA is Page authority of the website. Good DA PA of a website indicated that the website is good. and you can create a backlink for there for better result in your SEO practice.

 Domain Authority (DA) is a metric that Moz builds tools to help improve SEO, developed to predict how well a website will rank on search engine results pages (SERPs).DA scores range from 0 to 100. Higher scores correspond to a greater probability of ranking high on the SERPs. Low scores indicate that your page may not show up high in the SERPs.

Since it is a predictive measure, it’s best used as a comparative ranking than an absolute one — you want to shoot to have a higher DA than your competitors, but you don’t need to make it your goal to get a perfect 100 DA. As long as your score is higher than your competitors, you can be fairly confident that your content will achieve its goals.

And Page Authority (PA) is a metric that Moz developed to forecast how well an individual page will rank on the SERPs. It’s essentially the same thing as Domain Authority, except it looks at specific pages instead of entire domains.

Like DA, PA scores range from 0 to 100, with high scores corresponding to a higher probability of ranking high in the SERPs and vice versa.

 Page authority and domain authority scores. They help to determine how well a given site will rank in search engine results pages.

Both notions are quite similar to each other and grade from 1 to 100, where 100 is the best score you can receive. However, it's almost impossible to reach 100 score, because even such huge companies as Amazon for example doesn't have 100 score yet. Probably, in future they will reach it, but I think 40-60 is cool anyway for a small company.
