It is the use of aggressive seo strategies ,techniques and tactics that only focus on the search engines and usually do not obey search engines guidelines.

 Hi,

Black SEO is not defined as aggressive way to use SEO BUT rather, it's an illegal way to optimize a website. While Black SEO works and is allowed by SEs before, now, it's not, since search engines already found a way to block websites who do not abide by the rules and standards issued by search engines.
