There are a number of ways, but since I'm not sure what you have/have not done yet in this area, perhaps starting with a long description & then making sure your tags use the keywords that are found in your description. This is the best place to start. Many people neglect the tags, or they make their description super short...when you can add in any amount of words & it will help youtube place your video easier.

Posting your video in Facebook and Google+ groups is a good way to get views. Another way is to pin your video to Pinterest. The Pinterest user will not have to leave the site to view the video. This will greatly increase your video views.

write articles with your links and submit them to directories - set up a Facebook fanpage for your site - set up a twitter account and get followers - do blog commenting on relevant blogs - do guest posting - try out press releases - check out solo ads - try traffic exchanges - SEO optimize your site you can also hire experts from SEOclerks.

Traffic exchanges sites are not actually good for your website. This will only increase your traffic with bounce rate. That is bad as Google pint of view. So be careful before going to implement.

There are a few traffic exchanges that are worth your time and effort. As a matter of fact traffic exchanges can be effective while building your lists.

According to me A traffic exchange is a membership site where all members can surf and view other members site. This is done based on a system of credits where 1 credit is equal to one random member of the site to visit your page for a set amount of seconds.
