MAN or SEOLV

Right now I am using UAW and SEOLinkvine for my backlinking. I am considering dropping SEOLinkvine for My Article Network. Does anyone have any experience or advice about which one might be better?

 I used AMA in the past but dropped the service since they only allow 40 articles to be active at a time. From what I understand, MAN is unlimited.

 Are the links typically all PR 0 with the occasional PR 1's or are there some that are higher quality?
