 If you have already know the meaning of "Stuffing" then you must know the meaning of "Keyword Stuffing".

Keywords play a very important role in SEO, it is one of the main factors which decide the rank of a webpage in Search engine result page.

According to Google :"Keyword stuffing" refers to the practice of loading a webpage with keywords or numbers in an attempt to manipulate a site's ranking in Google search results. Often these keywords appear in a list or group, or out of context (not as natural prose).

 Google or any other search engine doesn't care about keyword density of your page. If the content looks relevant and readable then its okay. It will only effect if your content looks automated and ridiculous, as anyone can know by seeing it that you are just trying to rank.

 Hi

16 times out of 490 words is a 3.2% density, which is right where you want to be. You could actually use it more times. a 3-7% density is good. Also, make sure you have this target keyword synergized in your title, description, and Hs.

 Keyword stuffing is an illegal activity that can be detected by search engines and web users. It is simply the act of repeating the same keyword over and over again in a page. The web users do not visit the sites that has got keywords stuffed in either between words or content. On the other hand search engines lowers the ranking of any site that do keyword stuffing.

 Keyword stuffing is a use of the same keyword many times. Using keyword density you can find how many times you have to use a keyword.
keyword density=no of times of keyword/total words in content multiply by 100.
