How Do I Make Internal Links?

I'm sure that this is somewhere within all of the tutorials, but can someone tell me how to make an internal link (from one page/post within my site to another), please?

 Hi Jay,

Yes we have a tutorial on that. Please go to Our Products> Affiloblueprint> Step 4> Video 4. This lesson covers how to create internal links.
