Directory submission service. Do or don't?

Hi,

A few days ago I've launched my Dutch online poker shop.
I think it's a good idea to submit my site to high pr directory websites. But I don't want to do this myself because I have to do a lot of other things for my site first. So I googled and came on this site:
http://www.directory-submission.inetzeal.com
What do you think about such services, can I trust them? Does anyone have experience with directory submission services? Do you recommend any other services that are cheaper or more effective?

Thanks in advance,

Yoshi

Hi Yoshi,

I’m not familiar with the site in your query but thought I’d add what I do to save time– maybe it will help you or someone else.

The two tools I use are RoboForm (free) and Vilesilencer.com (also free)

Roboform is automatic form filler. I just fill all the information for my website in a profile and Roboform saves it.

Vilesilencer is a directory list.

First I go to Vilesilencer - (look just under the banner and you'll see "Latest Diretories") and find some directories that I want to link to,
- Look for the submision link and find a category to add my site to.
- click on the directories submission form…
- right click on all the fields that need to be filled in and roboform fills them in with the info I previously added and submit the form.
- go to the next directory.

It takes just a minute or two everyday so I never felt the need to pay someone to do it for me.

Here are a few free directories that have PR’s of 5 or better
exactseek.com/
ezilon.com/
familyfriendlysites.com/($5/year)
vxbox.com/
HighStuff.com
2yi.net
squidlink.com/
mozdex.com/directory/
busybits.com

Hope that helps you some

I usually submit myself to free directories, but it takes a lot of time... I've just find many people who can submit for you for a very low fee at the digital point forum.

Go in the buy/sell section ==> services.

I may try one , I will see.

I usually just do it all myself, but $30 for 170 directories doesn't sound like a bad deal at all.

That's 18 cents per submission... not bad... depends if they do it right or not.
