I have started my own e com store which I am promoting on Youtube channel. Are YouTube ads good enough for growing business?

 A customized strategy works well. And yes they work for most people. Try other platforms as well.

 Yes, because they offer an amazing opportunity to reach a large number of people quickly and easily. I say this assuming that you did the research and you know that your target audience is there. And I agree, you could check the other platforms to see where else you can find your target audience and where your competition advertises. Also, not all ads are created equal, and not all businesses will see the same level of success with them (and now I'm just being Captain Obvious). Good luck with your store!
