The AffiloJetpack website setup guides are on your AffiloJetpack member page. Click on "Jetpack Help" link on the top right of the Affilojetpack members area.
You do not really have to go through all the nitty-gritty of setting up and building a wordpress site if you are hosting your AffiloJetpack sites on AffiloJetpack Lite Hosting. You just need to tweak them to your satisfaction.
