Yahoo and MSN Backlinks vs. Google Backlinks - Why the diff?

On traffic travis,why does yahoo and msn show many,many backlinks but google shows almost none?

 Google will never show you your true backlink count. Never have, never will.

 Because they are evil. Actually I have no idea why google does some of the things they do.

 I honestly have no idea. My only guess is privacy or the fact that they do not want competitors to "spy" on the link count.

 I read somewhere that only links above a certain pagerank are displayed.

Not sure how true this is.

 That could be true. I know I have a lot of low ranking links that dont show up at all, while some of my "better" links do show up.
