What is the name of this podcast program?

There is a monthly membership program that allows you to make video's. It sends out your video's for you and also strips the voice out of the video and makes and submits podcasts for you. I think it might do something else also but I'm not sure. It runs around $150 a month. I've looked at it in the past and apparently didn't bookmark it or write it down. Does any one know what it is? It was popular about 4-6 months ago. I know I'm being vague but I can't remember what it is called.

Or does anyone know how to make podcasts? I've made the mp3 file and have made an rss feed for it but I am missing a crucial step because the sound file is not actually connected to the rss feed you make. So how do I connect them so I can submit the podcast to directories? If I can figure out how to do that then I don't need a program to make the podcast and submit it for me. I read something about uploading them to your website but everything I have read is really vague.

 The program is traffic geyser. When I was searching Google I never looked at the ppc ads and when I was closing the window I saw the ad.

If anyone knows the answer to my second question about podcasts I would be very grateful.

 Thanks for taking the time to look. I found the first 2 but not the last one. Something is just not clicking in my head but I'm sure it will eventually. Thanks again for your help.

 Good podcast software should complete the RSS side of things but check out this article from podcast411 - http://www.podcast411.com/howto_1.html

Its a little old but you get the idea of creating the RSS XML file.

If youre using WordPress check out this plugin - wordpress.org/extend/plugins/podcasting/

 Thanks! I'm one step closer. So I take the RSS XML file and upload it to the root directory ( I was missing that part) but what do I do with the audio file I created?

Do I upload the audio file first and then use it's location to make the feed?

As of right now I have a audio file sitting on my computer and a feed that I not sure is correct. They are both just sitting there as separate things.

I'm sure I am making this much harder then it needs to be and I really appreciate you guys answering my questions.
