 I wouldn't say that TrafficTravis is even somewhat valuable today, there are a lot more good things like WebCeo, Link-assistant, Seo Studio, Ahrefs, SemRush, Majestic, Alex and many many many more. Just use some google search, I bet you know it;)

 There is no such thing as best free SEO tool at all. I wouldn't recommend to do that all with free tools, they do not have existent databases and that's it for everything they really do. I strongly recommend to go for something paid cause free is free within a reason.

 There is no particular best tool for SEO! Every tool functions on it dependent areas. Some of them are Google keyword planner, Yoast SEO, SEOquake, SEMrush, Google search console are one of the best SEO tools available.
