What is proper name for RSS feed

I wonder if it makes difference from SEO point of view how the RSS is named; whether it is rss.php or feed.php. What is best naming for Google? I noticed that some website evaluating sites like http://www.markosweb.com/www/reverd.com/ (RSS Source - False) do not find that I have rss that is tested and properly working and I wonder why is that - *Link removed by moderator*

 The feed URL does not matter since Google does not index RSS feeds. Mainly because it may result to duplicate content: Taking feeds out of our web search results

While this is understandable my question is simple and still open:
Why
http://www.markosweb.com/www/allreversephonelookup.com sees and displays Aggregated News from my Word Press site
and at the same time
http://www.markosweb.com/www/reverd.com/ does not see RSS resource at all on my NON WP site.

All I want to find is how to make the RSS feed from my NON WP site to be visible the same way as the WP feed.
How to do that?

 I forwarded your query to a senior technical staff and he added one of his sites to Markosweb. However, he said it does not give an option to define the RSS feed URL.

Markosweb automatically determines the RSS feed URL but it does not tell you how it is being done, so your best option is to contact Markosweb support. They might be able to help you change your RSS feed URL.

 Actually, RSS indicates, Really simple syndication and Rich site summary

The term RSS feed was introduced to make search engines to read your site simply. Because, its easy for SEs to read the RSS feed format. So only, we use and submit the RSS feed in submission sites.
