 OBL or outbound link is a link from your website "linking" to another site.

 Hello,

OBL stands for OutBound Link.

It means that when one website link with another website and link is generated it known as OBL.

 OBL is Outbound Linking. It means the links that are going from your website to some other website. Usually outbound links are marked as nofollow so that your website's page juice and value can not be shared with that link.
