What is a search engine hacker

Can anyone explain what is search engine hacker? And What are different tools used for search engine hacker?
I have just little bit knowledge about shodan, can anyone explain in deep?

 The word "hacker" already gives you an idea that this is something that is not legally done. Hacking the search engines using tools or outside-of-the-search-engine-rules techniques can get your website banned and this is not something that we teach here in Affilorama.
