 Breadcrumbs are basically a navigation scheme that helps the users to identify on which page of the website they are. Moreover,with the help of breadcrumbs Google can determine how well structured is your website.
I am a WooCommerce expert and use breadcrumbs in eCommerce websites those help users to navigate from one page to any other page instantly and thus reduces complexity of website and improves the SEO.
