Want AMA but don't want to pay? - Free Back Links

To be honest with you guys I had never heard of AMA (article marketing automation) until I became a member here. After reading some posts and watching some videos I knew exactly what it was. AMA is a lot like a system I use called Free Traffic System. I've been using it for a long time and it works great for building back links and getting extra traffic! Now keep in mind I've never used AMA but if you are interested in using something like AMA but want to save the money you should check out Free Traffic System. You can open a free account and start using it. They do offer a premium service which I think costs like $47/mo however, I've never used it. I have a free account with them and it has been working wonders for me. You could also use AMA and Free Traffic System together as I'm sure their list of blogs differ.

I couldn't find any videos on the AMA site on how it works... maybe that's all in the premium section but I can tell you that Free Traffic System does have videos on how everything on their site works. That's extremely helpful for me. I would much rather watch a video then read a huge long description.

Anyways, if you want to try it out please use the link in my sig. (yes it is an affiliate link but because I am a free member I think it just gives me extra links to use in my articles as an incentive)

Hope this helps and happy back link building!
Amanda.

Hey Amanda,

I've been using FTS for about 3 weeks now and only submitted 3 articles so far... and have already gotten:

46 backlinks in Yahoo
19 backlinks in Google

I use the FREE service too and just found out... tonight... about the Google backlinks.

Needless to say.... watch out FTS.... Here comes a-lot more articles. haha!

I recommend FTS to anybody wanting to gain backlinks fast.

Only problem I have with FTS is that you have to give them access to the dashboard of your WP admin section as an author. Not real cool.

Thats interesting. I've never honestly used them for content just to submit content for back links : ) Thanks for the input!

I also wanted to note here that the friend who turned me on to this site admitted that he only submitted PLR articles this worked for him because he only wanted back links he didn't care about the content ranking in the search engines. I my self choose to pay to have my articles "spun". The reason I do this is because there is all ways the possibility that the sites/blogs these articles are submitted to will rank for a keyword ... maybe one your not even aiming for and you can increase your traffic.

After watching the blog bootcamp #3 I wanted to let you guys know that this would be a great alternative to AMA for your back link building plan. It works just as well as AMA from all that I can gather about AMA only its FREE. I have personally used it to push my articles to google page one. The free service allows you 2 links inside 500 words and up to 30 publication submissions. Thats up to 60 back links for a single post. I will admit though I only getr around 15-20 because some people will reject your article just due to the fact that it may not follow the nature of their blog.

Hey Amanda,

Would it be a good thing to use FTS with AMA or better be a PRO member in FTS only?

Thank you,

Ahmed Auf

That's a great question Ahmed! Let me brake it down for you.

AMA Submits 2 back links for every article to 2000 blogs. Keep in mind that your particular keyword or article subject may not fit these 2000 blogs so lets say on a good day it fits 1/4 those blogs that's 500 submits of 2 back links for a total of 1000 back links for one article.

FTS Pro works a bit differently they allow 3 back links on 40 blogs (which you select) and 5 extra tag page submissions of the same article. That's 3 x 40 x 6 (original + 5 tag pages) = 720 back links

FTS Free allows 2 back links on 30 blog pages. 60 links.

Will google count all these back links? No probably not. Weather or not your links get counted I would assume depends on the quality of the site they are posted on and how often google crawls that site. I can say from personal experience that FTS has always provided me with sufficient back links to push my pages to google page one. I have only recently upgraded to pro status to start promoting more competitive keywords.

The numbers would suggest that the answer to your question would be to become a member of AMA and keep the free services from FTS. I still say though that I would stick to what works best. Maybe try experimenting. Upgrade to pro with FTS and use it to promote one site and then use AMA to promote another. See which gets higher quality back links and which gets more back links per article.

Expanding your options is always good in article marketing!

I hope this helps - If anyone else has questions I would be more then happy to answer them for you guys!

Using Free Traffic System I've gained 32 back links to my blog and I've submitted about 100. My content isn't done so I just have one article on the first page right now. Can't wait to start getting back links for my content! : )

Hi Amanda

Just copied this from another thread as here seemed more appropriate.

Joined FTS through your link couple weeks ago and thank you for the tip, being on a zero budget is a good alternative for me to AMA.

Do I understand right here that you have submitted 100 articles to FTS? I submitted 6 and have 96 posted on blogs so far which the way i rightly or wrongly understand it should mean around 400 backlinks, is that correct? But using the backlink checker here on Affilorama none are showing as yet. How long does it usually take? Only have about 15 showing so far from blog comments made. Also have 8 articles published on different article directories including Ezine, Go articles & the biggies also not showing (been about a week now since published). Was getting worried that might be getting too many to quick. Is there a better free backlink checker to use. I have an Apple Mac so cannot use Traffic Travis which puts me at a little disadvantage in following the blog bootcamp step by step.

Thank You
Steven :))

For my new website I've submitted 2 articles. That's 2 back links for each article x 30 blogs 120 back links. 32 are showing right now. That 32 is from yahoo results. Are you checking yahoo? Google takes FOREVER to show back links even though they may be counted already they try to keep their numbers secret. I was checking Marks blog for the blog boot camp the other night and he has around 40 back links showing in yahoo and a good portion of his pages are already ranking first page or in the top 50 results.

If you've submitted 6 articles that's 6x2x30 = 360 back links. I suggest getting traffic travis and checking with it : )

About article sites... I have several ezine articles with back links that haven't shown up yet and are 4 months old even on yahoo. However, my pages are still ranking well. Even if all of your back links arnt showing your still probably getting them counted : )
