Index rate for my site is taking too long up to 6 - 8 days

I have a one web development company my site website is www(.)esparkinfo(.)com. I am suffering with multiple issues now days:

Index rate for my site is taking too long up to 6 - 8 days even it was quick enough that as well as i am finished with updating a new post the next moment it is indexed. All this started happening a couple of weeks back.

Bounce Rate for my website is too high up to 70% and I am not sure that what to do to improve my bounce rate, even I used to write the unique posts.

I have lost ranking for my keywords and certainly lost visitors to my site as well, even they were fine couple of weeks back.

I need your detailed suggestions.
Plz Help.............

 If you are using Wordpress, your pages will get indexed pretty quickly since WP automatically pings Google when you add a new post to your site notifying them of your new content.

You could also increase the crawl rate by submitting your sitemap through the Google Webmasters tool, pinging, bookmarking and getting backlinks. Using Twitter and Facebook and submitting to RSS feeder would also bring traffic to your page and get it indexed faster.

 Hi,

Keep updating and adding regular content, make sure you have an xml sitemap in place and you can even add more ping services to the default wordpress ping list to ensure maximum exposure.
