You can follow these steps to import your PST contacts into Office 365. First, make a backup of your PST files, then continue with the steps below.
Step 1: Sync Contacts with Office 365
• Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
• Click New and select Email Account. Enter your Office 365 email and password to set it up.
• Set as Default: Make sure your Office 365 account is set as the default.
Step 2: Import PST Contacts into Outlook
• Open Outlook: Start Outlook on your computer.
• Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
• Choose Import from another program or file and click Next.
• Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
• Find your PST file, select it, and choose how to handle duplicates (like replacing or allowing them).
• Choose the folder you want to import from (usually "Contacts") and click Finish.
