To target multiple geographical locations you want to first add country related pages, it's best to use a folder rather than a subdomain, such as '/au' for Australia.
You will then want to add 'Hreflang tags', these tell google you have the same version of the site targetting different locations (won't get burnt for duplicate content).
Example Hreflang Tag (US):
<link rel="alternate" href="http://example.com/us" hreflang="en-us" />
This contains the language and the URL of the location.
Now you want to go into webmaster tools and submit each regional version as a separate web property.
You then want to select the property, select 'Search Traffic' then 'International Targeting'.
