Most of the time you can find that in the "admin" area of the SEO plugin you are using. So if you are using the Yoast plugin, for instance, then you simply need to go to the plugin's section within your dashboard and click "titles and metas" and then on "home".

Hi the thing is that in my home page i decided the put it in "Front page displays">"Your latest posts".
In other words i didn't choose "A static page (select below)"
so it's not like i did a "create page" for my home page

There is no problem showing the recent posts instead of a static page. You can set up the metas by doing exactly what I have said above :)

Yes, try to install a SEO plugin (choose from SEO Yoast or All In One SEO- these two are the most popular) to get meta tags for your title, keywords, and description.
