Well as for anyone please click here to read what SEO Elite is all about. I personally use it just to check the top ranking websites and spy on them so to speak. I find out how many links each site has and who is linking to them what PR they have, what anchor text, and the list goes on. You can use it for anaylzing pages, links, submission forms, finding where your site is ranked and more.
I use it as well, I like it. I use along the same lines as Adrian. I've used Traffic Tavis just a little bit (you get it with your Affilorama membership). Once I get through those videos I may be using TT exclusively. Compare the two, remember TT is free :lol:

SEO Elite is pretty cool, I have used it a bit. But I don't see why you would want it if you already have Traffic Travis.
If TT wasn't around, then I would recommend it, but I just don't think it's necessary.
