Can you please help me to figure out which backlink techniques are effective for this kind of website? Have you any list of sites where we can submit our website? Help me to figure out the solution for our website. Thanks in advance.

 A good on-page SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing works well for any campaign. In the post panda/penguin era, the number of backlinks no longer works. You should instead focus more on the quality of backlinks you produce--- that is the more natural you are building backlinks to your website, the better. To do this, just focus on the content that you make for your audience and the backlinks will follow eventually.

 Yes, after the google update more backlinks are not so good if they are not natural. So you should focus on quality. Create natural and quality links by doing proper SEO. Off page SEO helps you to gain backlinks. Post your content in high-quality websites to get the quality link. Do on page SEO to rank your website.

 Submitting your website on website directories is not an effective link building technique. Work on getting guest posts and interact with the other websites in the niche by participating actively in the comment sections of their blogs and forums.

Publishing well-written content and posting on social media websites is another way of getting backlinks to your website, and getting a bit of media presence too.

quality backlinks - though Google algos change, backlinks are still important for any website, work hard to get quality ones;
content - yeah, it's a king today as users are quite savvy and hard to surprise;
