Do H1 keywords still have SEO value?

Some interesting ideas have come from the desk of SEOmoz, where data they have been collecting suggests that H1 tags have minimal SEO benefit, possibly even less than keywords in the domain name.

It makes for interesting reading, there is a lot of information in this article but I think one thing it clearly spells out is the need to focus on, and continually monitor, your rankings.

 I am sure that title, <h1> and bold text are the main parts for seo.
