 We do not have a complete guide to article marketing, not like the one you're promoting. But we do have several blog posts on article marketing such as the following:

Article marketing us helpful in building backlinks and getting traffic to your site. But sadly, it's not as effective as before. As Sam has mentioned on the same post I referred to, you can move on to guest posting instead of article marketing. I think guest posting produces better results than article marketing these days.

You can include article marketing in your SEO campaign and create a good backlinking strategy to this. Remember, creating backlinks does not always means one way backlink to your money site. You can also create backlinks indirectly, by linking to your second tier sites (like bookmarking, link wheels, etc).
