SpeedPPC on Affilorama

Happy to see that Affilorama is recommending SpeedPPC. I already have made mind to buy it but will the Affilorama hosting services will allow for it (An extract from SpeedPPc site):

 Hi Har,

You need to have access to a cPanel or have a webhost that will allow you to install the components of Speed PPC. Affilojetpack Lite Hosting is a "lite" hosting that does not allow access to a cPanel/control panel. You might want to either move your sites to Premium hosting or a third party webhost.

Thanks for passing the facts. Can you provide me some link to learn that how a site can be easily shifted to another host with whole matter including the pages, posts and comments from the readers etc.?
