Keyword Phrase Frequency Counter

I'm looking for is a program where I can paste in content or a URL and get an analysis on the content of the document or page And then will display a single word frequency count, 2 word phrase frequency count, 3 word frequency count, and if possible 4 word phrase count.

If anybody has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it.

 You can use the Google Keyword tool to collect data and then to sort the keyword as you wish via Excel.
