What is an "in-house graphic designer"?

You said that you used an "in-house graphic designer" to create the look of the website, and that he did it in one hour.

 Hey superaff!

I know you're directing your question to Mark, but I think I can answer it.

An "in house" graphic designer is a graphic designer who works exclusively for a company. "In house" = "employee". So, rather than Mark designing the graphic himself or hiring a freelance graphic designer, one of the graphic designers that work for his company full-time created it.

 I have a business partner that freelances as a graphic artist. He does custom drawings and cartoons. If you have an idea and need an artist, I could introduce you.
