Where can I get exit Survey from?

Hi Guys,

I am looking for an exit survey, that people can take part in if they decide to close the browser. Does anyone know where I can get this from?

Thanks guys,

Duraid

I haven't used their services but these companies offer popup exit surveys:

Survey Monkey

Marketing Ignite

You could also use Polldaddy.

Hi Michelle,

Thanks for the info. I have checked with godaddy and polldaddy - and I don't think either one of them have an option for an exit survey. Does anyone know if they actually do?

I have emailed marketing ignite and I am waiting to hear back from them regarding costings because it is not clear on their site.

thanks

Hi Duraid,

I've tried this before with Poll Daddy but I was not able to "time" it or modify the settings enough so that the survey will only appear when the visitor is leaving/exiting.

You might want to try Wufoo. They're part of Survey Monkey, but less complicated and expensive. I haven't tried their forms but they do have a feature where you can "schedule" the form. They offer a trial so you might want to check it out.

There's also the Exit Pop Monetizer from DoubleHead Publishing. It's a software you can use to create exit surveys and is available for USD$27.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Hi Duraid,

You can try www.Limatte.com It's an online tool, that interacts with a visitor at the moment he indicates he is leaving a company's website.

Hope that helps.
