Unable to install Affilltheme 3.0 on existing Wordpress

I have quite a few old blogs that I'd like to switch over to Affilotheme but I have an issue with those that have "pages" like "privacy", "contact", etc. When there are, here's the message I get after affilotheme installation:
This version of the AffiloTheme theme uses Posts for most content, while previous versions used Pages. If you have any Pages that are reviews or articles then we need to convert them to Posts.
Please tick all of the Pages listed below that should be converted to Posts and click "Convert" to continue.
If no pages need to be converted then choose "No thanks" instead.

The problem is: THERE AIN'T NO "CONVERT" OR "NO THANKS" BUTTON AT ALL!
So what happens is that the site is broken and the only way to get rid of this is to find the affilotheme file on the server and delete it then come back in admin and choose a new theme.
Anyone can help me with this?

I had the same issue and found that I had downloaded the wrong version of Affilotheme.....

I'm not sure on this myself. It could be because I had "updated" the theme, but I tried the upgrade recently myself and, remembering that I wasn't getting the button, used Internet Explorer, and the button was there.

Like I said, I don't know if it was because of the browser or because I upgraded the theme, but one or the other allowed me to do the conversion.

Thank you so much for your reply.
First, I had the latest version of affilotheme but like Grady said, using Explorer instead of Fifefox did correct the first issue (the buttons not showing up) but again, I end up with a broken site. Also, I was unable to edit header, page or anything but at least, I was able switch back to old theme without having to delete any files on the server. The site was only showing a blue banner and a complete blank page. I have contacted tech. support about this issue and waiting for their answer. I will keep informed.

I should have thought about it before but to fix the problem, all I had to do is to deactivate all plugins and also use Explorer instead of Firefox. Then I reactivated each plugins one by one to see wich one was conflicting. That's quite a long process...
