You could search the US Patent and Trademark Office and check if the words that you want to use on your domain name has a trademark.

Yes, if someone registers and applies for trademark/copyright and you used their name on your domain, then they could legally force you to turnover your site to them. However, short phrases (such as "I market mania") are generally not eligible for federal copyright protection.

If someone uses "imarketmania" as a brand name and applies for a trademark then, yes, the company can order the cancellation or transfer of your domain/site.

I don't think you need to apply for a trademark unless you're developing a product or a company. Getting a trademark is a complex process and you might need a lawyer to get one.

I suggest that you just create your site and focus your efforts on building and promoting it. The words on your domain is currently not trademarked so I don't think you need to worry about it.

All the best!
