It helps to know what you are using to create your blog.
If you're using Wordpress, it'll usually be there already. Just go
yourblog.com/blog/feed or whatever, and something should pop up. You just need to link to it. That's if you're using a newer version of wordpress. Older versions use
yourblog.com/blog/?feed=rss2 .
If you're using another content management system, it might be different. It might be set up already, or there might be a module or plugin you need to install. Search for "your CMS name create RSS feed", and something will undoubtedly turn up.
If you're not using any sort of content management system, then things get a little more difficult and you'll need to find some sort of software or script to turn your html pages into xml rss feeds.
I've only ever done it using a blog CMS system, so I'm not too sure how you'd do it with static, old-skool HTML pages. But since you say it's a blog... I'm guessing you'll be using some sort of CMS.
If worst comes to worst, ask professor Google :)
