Recommended plugins for squeeze pages

Could someone tell me of a plugin they think is really good for the purpose of creating squeeze, thank you, and download pages and is flexible enough that you can use it with most any theme and create a squeeze page that is only part squeeze page and serves other purposes as well? I'm referring to a page that says "Get your free Gift" with boxes for name and email address. When someone clicks on the squeeze page button they get a thank you page sent to their inbox. After confirming it, they get a download page sent to their inbox.

 You can try the Thrive plugin. We recommend this plugin to our members who are looking for more options (that are not available in Affilotheme) to edit and customize their content. This plugin can also create squeeze pages and sign up forms.

I was unable to find a plugin with exactly that name. There was one called ThriveHive but the description didn't sound like what I was looking for. I want to be able to put a signup form into a sidebar if possible.
