Images are distorted when I copy/paste it

When copying an image to use in my post, when I paste it, it is distorted. Help appreciated.

 If you mean you're copying the image on to a Wordpress post, then you're running the risk of it being distorted. You need to upload the image to the Media Library within Wordpress, before using it on a Wordpress post or page.
