How to add Google Analytics tracking with Thrive Themes

Hi,

Have searched the previous threads on how to add Google Analytics tracking, but couldn't find anything specific to Thrive Themes.

Thrive's knowledge base seems to have some straightforward instructions (https://thrivethemes.com/tkb_item/add-g ... es-themes/), unfortunately I can't find this menu in the WordPress control panel - presumably because the licence belongs to Affilorama?

Is there a simple workaround I'm missing here?

 Hi Ryan,

Thrive Theme is not included in Affilojetpack. If you want to add Google Analytics to your Affiljoetpack-hosted site then use the All in One Webmaster plugin. Or go to Affilotheme > Advanced Tweaks and place the Google Analytics code in the header field.

 Cecille, there seems to be a disconnect - per Aletta's post (post123251.html?hilit=Major%20Upgrade%20of%20AffiloTheme&nobounce#p123251), Thrive plugins were rolled out to all AJP hosted sites Oct 28th.

I've since upgraded my Affilotheme pages using Thrive, and I'm not sure your two suggested methods will still work if Thrive's Content Builder has assumed control of my header and body content.

Can you please confirm?

 Hello,

We do not include the Thrive themes in Affilorama. What we provide is free access to the Thrive plugin, which is included in AJP.

@ryan, if you have installed the Thrive theme, it is better to just install a GA plugin. SEO Yoast has a GA section, where you can paste your GA code.

I am also struggling with how to add Google Analytics to my site. I have read the above post but have to admit I am still lost. I have found the plug in Yoast SEO. Should I use this one or the SEO smart links plugin?
I am also unsure about what to do once I have activated the plugin - could you give me instructions of how to add in my code/link.

The Smart Link Plugin is different from the Yoast plugin. Please email us at this link here: www.affilorama.com/contact with your GA code and we'll attach your code to your WP site.

The SEO Smart Links is not as comprehensive as the Wordpress SEO by Yoast plugin so install this instead.
