How Do I Get More Sales From My Site?

Hello,
My website is www.tenniselbowracquet.com I have worked extremely hard on this for the past 3 years it took close to a year to get my first sale. Now I am averaging just over $100 per month and have been improving very slowly. The problem is I have been working 20 hours a month for $100 a month profit less than minimum wage. I need a way to spend less time on this and more important generate a lot more income.
Any ideas how I could accomplish any of this.

 Hi Tom,

I suggest you change the design and layout of your site. The design is outdated. There are free themes you can use. You can also check out Affilotheme. It's our own Wordpress theme made for affiliate marketing websites. Consider what you would like to highlight on your site as a starting point.

This page could be further improved. Instead of "Tennis Racquets" for a title, make it "The TOP 10 Arm-Friendly Racquets". Place links to the specific racquets that are on your list and make sure each racquet page come with their own reviews.

 hello... Your website's designing part is weak .There is need to change it .There is no any slider on the header .And from the left side it does not look nice .Your content is also not sufficient .write the information of all your equipments .

 How can I change the format of my discussion group? It is not organized and when someone posts a comment I am the only one to ever answer. I would like to be able to figure out how to use a format more like this http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/forumdisplay.php?f=9
