Good job on the site!

The site is easy to navigate and is professional-looking. It looks good but somewhat feels bare. It might have to do with the header. The logo itself is great, but it is surrounded by too much white space.

I suggest you go over the text on your site; some words aren't capitalized when they need to be.

You have well-written articles, and you can monetize them by adding call to action links between the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs, or at the bottom.

Some articles look like they were written by someone else like this one : http://healthydiett.com/healthy-diet-for-healthy-mind/
If it is written by someone else, then write a little introduction that says something about the article and who wrote it. Don't just copy and paste it on to your website.

You also need to work on the verbiage for your opt in form. It says "know the best diet for you with this easy follow steps
e-book and sign up for our newsletter". Re-word it better so it makes sense.

 Thank you so much for this great feedback I will follow all you've said.I really didn't know that we should write introduction about the authors. I though it was enough to write their names.And I have my own original articles as well, but I put them without any name is that ok ?

 For your original articles, you don't have to put in your name on the article, since there is an automatic byline (the part of the post where the name of the author and date the article was published) in Wordpress.

But for articles you got from other sites or written by other authors, you need to properly "introduce" the article. It doesn't have to be long. It can be one or two sentences talking about where you got the article and what it is about.

 Nice site, but I think you need pictures of some great looking food like http://pinchofyum.com/ Even though yours is about dieting and this one isn't. I think people love looking at food period. Hope this helps.

 it looks nice itself, but i think that for a helth theme the site is too dark.
and more pictures will be better:)
