Hi, I do not want to spend money presently. Can i rank my articles in google with .info websites if i give it proper back links . Is it good to use sub domains if i products are similar. Will they be ranked in google. Hope to get an anwer soon. bye

Yes you can get ranking for an info site and it works great if it is an information site like most marketing sites. Just try to get a .info with your main keywords or phrase . I think the idea of a .com is it is more universal and there for open to use anywhere. Dot coms seem to be easier to rank for but I have had .info at the top of Google page one.

just remember if someone remembers your url there's more chance they will type sitename.com so if there is already that sitename.com then half your work will go to getting them a little more traffic also you want to make sure that the person with the .com version dosn't have some sort of TM for it or your could be forced to shut your site down.

Well I never heard of the TM problem and if they sell it then the seller would also be in trouble and what about all the .net and .org sites . The problem is half the time in this type of project or campaign with clickbank you are not going to find a relevant .com anyway.
