Can I limit my traffic?

If I have too much customers is it possible to limit traffic? Thanks!

 No, it is not possible to limit the number of visits to your website. You cannot control traffic to your site. Why would you want it anyway? The goal is to always increase traffic so you can increase sales.

 Simply you can't control the traffic of the website. Even everyone wants to increase the website traffic but you ar asking to limit it... May I know why?

 Are you on a shared server? Perhaps you need to migrate to a VPS or dedicated server, because there's no way to block traffic (except if it comes from a bunch of similar IPs in the case that someone is leeching your bandwidth with a software..)

 In the case of negative SEO, this can be a huge problem actually.. and not just to harm your SEO, but there are DDoS attacks, which try to overwhelm your server with junk traffic..

DDoS stands for Denial of Service Attach fyi

 We cant limit our traffic because already the publicity or advertising that we have created at the initial stages of the development of the website.
