Does anyone know how to insert anchor text links in a PDF which you create through a PDF converter (eg. from Microsoft Word). Or can you only do this by buying an expensive PDF editor like Adobe Acrobat?
I create documents in Word open them in Open Office and then save them as a PDF.
All the text links links in photoscome through with no problem.

Yes, I know that ordinary links work eg. http://www.website.com/book/. But I was asking about anchor links eg. instead of http://www.website.com/book/ I want the same link to display as Click here to check out book
