Advice - Trouble With My First Sign Up Box

I just joined aweber today. Put in a couple of newsletters. Made the sign up box. Copied the html code and put it on wordpress. Tested it and it says error. Signed up through the test on aweber and it worked. Have been trying to figure out what I did wrong for quite some time. Has anybody had this problem and corrected it? Can you help me out. Thankyou

I just tried again and I still cannot get it. But here is what just happened.
I added a page. Put in the html code. l did not hit visual and hit review. Signed up and it worked.

Went and hit visual then review and signed up again and it said "Sorry, acct. not found. Re-did everything a couple of times and same thing.

As long as I donot hit visual everything is o.k. After I hit visual and go back to html some of the codes end up missing.

I am having trouble trying to explain it, do not really know an awful lot yet about putting up a website yet.

The sign-up box is working now. It fits in the sidebar. I just changed the two width numbers and put it in the sidebar content box. Could not put a box, border or anything around it. It doesnt look to bad. Thanks
