The Bing Webmaster tool will not get you traffic from Yahoo BUT it can help you analyze traffic you're getting from Yahoo and help you identify the key weaknesses and strengths of your site. The following tutorials might help:

 I'm convinced that to get more traffic from Bing (Yahoo uses Bing's engine) you need good quality anchor-text backlinks and a lot of them, think back how google was in the good ole days before the big updates, that's where Bing is right now I think, in most ways it's better because if you have no links then you don't get rankings Bing's just being honest, links are 'votes', but on the other hand a good SEOr can manipulate their rankings easier putting their crappy site ahead of yours, at least for a while.

 I like Bing Webmaster how to articles as they are just as informative and helpful as those on Google Webmaster Help and Webmaster Central blog. The articles contain lots of practical ways to improve on site content, such as suggestions on decreasing page bounce as well as details on what causes one site to rank higher in Bing over another. Often, Google is vague on these same issues.
