 Great page! What you just need to do is to add more content to it. The more you add new content, the better. Also, you may start promoting your FB page through friends and family. If you want more likes and engagement, you can do FB ads.

 I agree with Maryt. You need to add some content. And in the beginning, you need to invite your friends and FB ads help you get more engagement on your page.

 It's all about the content.Once you develop quality content more readers will gravitate towards your page. As they say, content is king.

 I saw your page, the content is niche and good. I think you should continue and improve more interesting contents, try to connect with users more and run FB ads to promote your page to new users. Or you can go to related page to promote it free.

Here i will not talk about your FB page but i tell about your site.

I saw 3 week diet ads on your Widget but i didn't see you have added rel="nofollow" tag. I will recommended you to add nofollow tag.

Which basically tell search engine not to crawl your specific link
