Hi Chris,

I'm sorry but your inquiry is not clear. Are you looking for a Facebook Ad Campaign management tool? What you have described:

Post to friends walls with a cartoon image
Post to friends news feeds with a cartoon image
Sent events with a cartoon image and send them an email

These are things that you do with a normal Facebook account. I haven't heard or come across a software that does this automatically.

As for the images, you can go to sites that offer royalty-free stock photos like istockphoto.com

It's a Yes for both questions. Anything you post on your wall and anything you share will be seen by your friends, unless you indicate otherwise in the Privacy settings.

1. To post from my wall to friends News and Walls, do I have to have a certain setting in my privacy settings?

Facebook updated their Privacy settings so before posting, you can choose who will be able to see that specific post/image.

2. If I send an event, it will it post to friends wall and email ?

Your friends will receive the invite and they will see that on the right-hand side of the page until the event expires.

3. Also, where do I get some free cartoon like images to use? Is http://www.istockphoto.com/ free ?

Yes, iStockphoto offers free images. There are other websites that offer free images that you can use.

4. Can I edit image before it is sent to put on top of it ie example "It is a Income Tax Party"? How do I do this ?

Yes you can. You can edit the image using any photo-editing software like Gimp or Paint.net
