Email marketing or Word of mouth - which is better?
Marketers tend to say that email marketing is the most strong of the marketing methods. At the same time one cannot deny the fact that word of mouth is equally effective. What are your experiences with word of mouth type of marketing? Do you feel it is better than email marketing?marketsearch wrote:Thats a cool one to spin around. You know if you could build a team of people to help spread via word of mouth I feel you could have an advantage! It would take time to build up of course but still there is nothing like sending an email and within 24 to 48 hours having sales peaking in your accounts
