We're currently mailing with mailchimp but not getting good results. What other services would you recommend for ecomm and affiliate offers?

 There's plenty of options : Aweber, Fluttermail and GetResponse are just a few. Their pricing is similar to one another and budget-friendly.

 The autoresponder service is not the problem if you are not getting click-trus or good conversions from your campaigns. You need to look more into your content, campaign ads, and to your landing page. There are a lot of things to improve and you can start by tweaking your these sections I mentioned. Conduct split tests to see which works for you. Of course, you also need to look into the quality of your traffic. Perhaps you are targeting the wrong market or you are targeting people who are only interested in getting free information rather than actually buying online.
