Pay per lead can be effective.... this really depends on the market though, in order to get PPL to work the right way.

Yeah I suspected as much.
That's why I thought I'd call his bluff.
If it was that good someone would still be doing it and would have responded by now.
I guess this is just one more distraction to avoid.
